Volunteers Needed for Worlds Largest Burrito Event: Saturday, Oct. 13
Krieg Field, 517 S Pleasant Valley
This 10,000 pound, 4,790 foot-long burrito will compete for the Guinness World Record during national Hispanic Heritage Month. Volunteers are needed for two hour shifts between 7 a.m.-2 p.m. Volunteer assignments include: set up crew, gate keepers, grounds control, kid's zone, runners, parking attendants, clean up crew and volunteers to build the World's Largest Burrito.
All volunteers will receive a wristband, goodie bag, all the burrito you can eat, and the opportunity to attend a Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce networking event.
In order to enter the park for free, volunteers must RSVP by Oct. 10 at saguirre@gahcc.org.
